iCMS is an affordable hosted content management system designed to provide subscribers with all of the tools they need to manage and maintain their websites. A complete description of features and services included with each subscription is listed below.

·       Menu Editor – this editor is used to create and manage the menu links throughout the site.

·       Content Editor – this editor is used to build custom content pages.  No HTML or coding knowledge is required.

·       Channel Editor – this editor is used to post article lists or news feeds.  All channels also support RSS, so users can subscribe to your channels and receive updates even when they are not browsing your website.

·       Calendar Editor – this editor is used to post and manage a calendar of events.

·       User Editor – this editor is used to display a membership directory, edit member profiles, and provide members with login accounts.

·       Data Type Editor – this editor is used to create forms for collecting information, such as registration forms for member profiles or annual meetings.

·       Information Request Editor – this editor is used in conjunction with the website’s "contact us" form to route information requests to the appropriate personnel within your organization.

·       Banner Editor – this editor is used to upload different images to the website header and schedule when they should be displayed.

·       Friendly URL Editor – this editor is used to create friendly URL’s for website menu options so they are easier to remember.

·       Group Editor – this editor is used to establish permission settings for the editors.  For example, you could create an Events Committee group with special rights to edit and manage events submitted by users to the website calendar.

·       Workflow Editing – The content management framework provides an editor / approver workflow system.  When editors make changes to their sections of the website, the updates are not shown to the public until an approver authorizes them.

·       Email Notifications – When members submit new articles, events, or make changes to their profiles, an email is sent notifying you of updates.

·       Related Content Matching –  When members view a page on the site, the framework provides an option for showing links to other pages with related information.
