IDD Partners With New Peoples Bank

Bank Intranet

New Peoples Bank has over 24 office locations and a continually growing employee base. Their company intranet was outdated and underutilized, housing hundreds of documents that were impossible to find. With goals to streamline their operations and to simplify their interface, New Peoples Bank partnered with IDD to build a new and improved company intranet. IDD is working with the NPB team to align the structure and organization of the intranet with the needs of the bank. Each department will have their own page with quick links to documents and policies, news and information. A full-word global search feature will bring the user the information they need, when they need it. Dynamic calendars will be used to reserve meeting rooms and alert the staff of important corporate dates. Social media integration can easily be turned on and off by department, and provide a forum to engage and increase employee use. A searchable staff directory that supports employee history and employee recognition will help to shape the current and future culture of New Peoples Bank. IDD is charged with delivering an excellent experience that will improve the day-to-day operations of New Peoples Bank. NPB will ultimately have the power to edit, publish, and grow their new intranet with the changing needs of the bank, and we are excited to see the improvements our intranet solution will bring.
